Registration Fee

Registrations are open for the Conference. Registration fee structure for various participant categories is mentioned below. The organizing Committee encourages the delagates to avail the early bird discounted rates before the 31st of JAN 2012.

Note: Charges are applicable to each master-class. There will be limited number of registrations for the master classes and workshops. The registrations will be on a first come first served basis.

Conference registration fee includes: Conference Bag and Information Brochure, Access to Live Transmission, Access to all scientific sessions and industry symposia (excluding Workshops and Master Classes), Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, Lunch and Coffee.

Each workshop is priced differently, check prices on the registration form.

Proof of membership will be required at the time of check-in.

Social Programme

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registered participants unable to attend the Conference may ask for refunds. All cancellation must be addressed by writing to the General Secretary secy@amescon.org

A cancellation fee of 25 percent will be withheld if refund is requested in writing before 31st Jan, 2012; and 50% of registration fees if before 1st March, 2012.
  • All refunds will be done after the conference
